使いはじめ方How it works

1. 1招待するInvite them メールアドレスを入力するだけ。相手は無料アカウントを作って参加します。 Enter their email address. They sign in, or make a free account, and join.
2. 2各自が設定するThey set their hours 勤務時間とカレンダーは本人のもの。午前だけ、午後だけ、といった設定もできます。 Their hours and their calendar stay theirs. Mornings only, afternoons only, whatever they work.
3. 3予約を受けるBookings arrive お客様は時間を選ぶだけ。誰が担当するかは自動で決まります。 The customer picks a time. Who takes it is worked out for them.

できることWhat you get

• 公平な振り分けFair rotation その日の空きがいちばん多い人に渡り、同じならいちばん間が空いている人に渡ります。特定の人に偏りません。 A booking goes to whoever has the most time left that day, and when that is equal, to whoever has gone longest without one. Nobody quietly takes them all.
• 各自のカレンダーTheir own calendar Google や Outlook の予定は空き時間から除外され、予約は本人のカレンダーに入ります。私用の予定の中身は他の人には見えません。 Their own Google or Outlook events block their slots, and bookings land in their calendar. What those events are stays private: the business sees that the hour is taken, not what it is for.
• 全員の一日が一画面にEveryone's day at once 日・週・月のカレンダー表示。日表示ではスタッフごとに列が並び、誰が空いているかひと目で分かります。 Day, week and month views, with a column for each person on the day. "Who is free at three" is a glance rather than a conversation.
• 担当の変更Hand a booking over 急な休みも、担当を選び直すだけ。お客様には新しい担当者がメールで伝わります。 Somebody off sick is a dropdown, not a problem. The customer is emailed who they will be seeing instead.
• 事業ごとの設定One person, two jobs 複数の事業者で働く人は、事業ごとに勤務時間、電話番号、オンライン会議ツール、確認メールへの一言を変えられます。 Somebody who works for two businesses can give each one different hours, a different phone number, a different meeting tool and their own note on its confirmations.
• 人数は何人でもNo charge per person 2人でも20人でも月額 1,200 円（税込）。スタッフ側のアカウントは無料です。 Two of you or twenty, it is ¥1,200 a month, tax included. Your staff's own accounts are free.

料金What it costs

月額 1,200 円（税込）。スタッフの人数は関係ありません。多くの予約ツールは1人あたりの料金で、Calendly ならチーム向けの機能は1人 月 20 ドル。6人なら月 120 ドルです。 ¥1,200 a month, tax included, whatever the size of your team. Most booking tools charge for each person instead: Calendly's team features are $20 a seat a month, so six people is $120 a month.

• スタッフも支払いが必要ですかDo my staff pay too? いいえ。支払うのは事業者のアカウントだけで、スタッフは無料アカウントのままです。 No. The business pays; each member keeps a free account.
• 他の予約も見えますかCan they see everything? 見えません。スタッフに見えるのは自分が担当する予約だけです。 No. A member sees the appointments they are taking, and nothing else of yours.
• 辞めたときはWhen somebody leaves? 予約が残っている間は外せません。先に担当を引き継いでから外します。お客様の予約が宙に浮くことはありません。 They cannot be removed while they still have appointments. Hand those to somebody else first, so no customer is left with a booking nobody is keeping.
• 自分も受けられますかCan I take bookings too? はい。オーナーもスタッフと同じように振り分けに加われます。 Yes. The owner can be in the rotation like anybody else.
