It helps to include the email address you sign in with, what you were doing, and what happened instead. If it is about one booking, the booking's date and the customer's name are enough to find it — please do not send card details or passwords.

Connected apps#
For help connecting an outside account, each one has its own page: Google Calendar, Outlook or Microsoft 365, Zoom and Stripe. Each one covers adding it, what it is used for, and how to remove it again.
If you are building against the API, the developer documentation has the reference, and the same address above reaches us.
Billing and your account#
Plans, invoices and cancellation are on the Billing page inside Business Box. You can close your account yourself under Settings, which deletes your data — see the privacy policy for exactly what that covers. Ask us if you would rather we did it, or if you want a copy of your data first.
Reporting a security problem#
Write to [email protected] with “security” in the subject and we will prioritise it. Please tell us privately before telling anyone else, and give us enough detail to reproduce it.
