Common questions
How do I offer different lengths for new and returning patients?
Make two event types — a longer first visit and a shorter adjustment. Each gets its own link, and the returning patient no longer blocks a new-patient slot.
Should I take payment online?
Most clinics take it in person, since the amount can change on the day. If short-notice cancellations are a problem, a small prepaid first-visit fee fixes it without complicating the rest.
Can patients book on a phone?
