Free intro, paid sessions#
Twenty minutes free with short notice as the front door. Sixty minutes paid, with a twenty-four-hour cancellation window, as the work. The paid session is confirmed only once the payment clears.
Book around a Japanese working day#
Clients are in an office until seven. Offer 07:30–09:00 and 19:00–21:30 and weekends, and your calendar stops showing times nobody can take.

Common questions
How do I run a free intro call into paid coaching?
Two event types: one free with a short duration, one paid. Both are on your booking page, and you send whichever link fits the conversation.
Can clients in other countries book?
Yes. With a video location they see your availability in their own time zone and get a meeting link automatically.
How many times can a client move a session?
You decide — between zero and twenty, plus a cut-off before the start. Both are set on the event type’s Scheduling tab.
