Getting your data out

There is no "download my bookings" button. Worth knowing before you build a year of history in something.

What is missing#

• No export of bookings as a file.
• No customer list to download.
• No reporting or revenue summary beyond the payments list on screen.
• No API.

If you need monthly figures for an accountant or a customer list for marketing, that is manual work today.

Your appointments are already somewhere exportable#

Every confirmed booking is written to your connected Google or Outlook calendar, with the customer's name, their answers to your questions and the location. Both providers export a calendar to a standard file, and both are searchable.

This is the practical answer for most people: the diary is not locked up here, because it was never only here. What lands in your calendar

Your payments are entirely yours#

Card payments are created on your own Stripe account, so every transaction, fee, refund and payout is in your Stripe dashboard, which has full export and reporting. For anything financial, that is the authoritative record rather than Business Box. Seeing what you have taken

And every booking emailed you#

You received an email for every booking, cancellation and reschedule. It is not elegant, but a mail search is a complete history.

If you need a file#

Ask. Email [email protected] and say what you need and what for. There is no self-service export, but there is no reason your own data should be hard to get.
