Apple and iCloud Calendar

If your diary is iCloud, there is no direct connection. The workaround is straightforward, but it is a workaround.

What this blocks#

• iCloud events do not block out booking times.
• Bookings are not written into an iCloud calendar.
• No Apple sign-in either — the account itself is Google or Microsoft.

The risk is the important one: if your commitments are in iCloud and Business Box cannot see them, it will offer times you cannot make. Unlike most gaps on this page, this one can actually double book you.

Use a Google calendar as the working diary#

The cleanest answer. Make a Google calendar the one your work lives in, connect it, and view it on your iPhone — Apple's Calendar app displays Google calendars natively, so nothing changes about how you actually look at your day.

Or mirror iCloud into Google#

If you cannot move, subscribe to your iCloud calendar from Google so its events appear there. Be careful: a subscribed feed is read-only and can be refused for free/busy checks, which means it may not block anything. Test it with a real event before relying on it. How conflict checking works

And close the days you know about#
